emotional teenage girls. But if someone isn't going to buy superior products for less because they have their panties in a wad then so be it. Pay more for less performance. I am more analytical than emotional, I care about what works and saving money. Ash is what he is, he is not a salesman here at Z1. He posts this kind of stuff after work on his own time. He doesn't answer the phone here. He mainly handles R&D and he is good at it. And he is almost always right when he is posting on here, most people just miss that part because of his added spice. Ash's posts in defense of his products do not reflect on Z1 attitude as a company. There is a lot more to Z1 than Ash and I think most customer that come to Z1 are impressed by our level of friendliness and service.
